Mini pro TL866 is very slow... But first is better to try to detect chip. IF use Macronix or windbon. read 3 times compare checkusm in dumps. Edit and write if 3 dumps checksum are good If you have adapter to this board. The state to read is. Battery on... charger on... Power ON and Off but not release de power buton to read or write.
