Macbook air efi based problem

My macbook air a1466 emc 2925 sn CPWS30MQH3QD

has arived with efi firmware lock
i did take down the efi chip and read it with programator
saved the file for backup.
than i reporogram with file aquired from internet
After flash and soldering it to the motherboard
it turns on but no chime no blacklight,just fan spining and cpu heating.
then i restored my backup and same thing hapened. what can be the problem

one of the capacitors has moved from hotair gun, now it is turning on,but still locked.
Can somebody clean pass for me? Thanks in advance
