Urgently needed a clean dump file of a EFI Locked Macbook Pro 15 2015 A1398, core i7 2.2 EMC: 2909 Motherboard :820-00138-A

Is it possible to lock again by apple?

Yesterday installed a fresh OS on it.And its logged with my apple id.
Today its LOCKED Again.Please help.

I was logged into my own apple id.But its Locked again.
btw ..i bought this used from ebay.
I dont know about the original owner.
Anyways ....removed the EFI Chip again from motherboard,flashed it with your file.
Its alive again.Then i installed a fresh copy of HighSierra with a USB installer.
Everything is running smoothly.But i am afraid to connect to internet.If it re locked again....
Please advice what to do now.
