Need Clean ME A1466 EMC 3178 2017 MacBook Air was created by overshoot

Hi,

Model: A1466
EMC: 3178
CPU: Core i5 1.8Ghz,8GB
Can someone please clean this bios dump for me?
I have a board which had a previous fix attempt by another shop and they've just wiped the Bios with a 2015 version.

Board is now fixed but have ME region related issues.

I've tried myself to clean the ME Region using the method that I know worked but with no success.
Still no camera detected.

Can someone please help?
