Good afternoon all, firstly I hope everyone is safe and well during the current climate.
I have an Imac 2013 - A1419 EMC 2639 - serial - C02L54SNF8J4
So... the problem is that one of my girls has set an EFI/Firmware password somehow while apparently "just playing roblox"!!! now we all know that's a lie... it doesn't just happen! lol SMH
now I cannot do anything at all on start up as no matter what option I try to boot in it throws up the locked firmware password screen, my question, is there a way to remove this? im quite hands on and good with tech so amĀ not adverse to trying a few things, I was hoping somebody could give me some options of how to remove it if possible, thanks in advance.
Either you need to do by hardware, for this yo need to open the iMac and dump the EFi.
or it can be done by apple server by Hash method but mind it, it is costly.
