EFI firmware corrupted Macbook Retina

Hy, i have a Macbook Pro Retina Late 2013 13 inch i5,the problem whith my MBP is that after updating EFI firmware laptop restart and stay power on whithout Chime/Image or any errors.
I managed to write a firmware from identical machine by editing the serial number and write to eeprom.
Now i have Chime sound/ image and boot but the Macbook Freze before Log In, even installer freeze.

Do you have some solutions?

It sounds like you have a bad handshake. You need to go into recovery and try to force the firmware upgrades.
