I JUST CLEANED YOUR ORIGNAL FILE MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR CHIP GOOD IN YOUR BOARD TRY THIS MUST WORK THIS IS YOUR ORIGNAL FILE

The bin file I uploaded here is working fine. you have to make sure YOU PUT YOUR CHIP GOOD IN YOUR BOARD. And for that asax file, just rename .asax to .bin. have a try.

Hello! I think I found the problem. I rewrite the chip with CHT341A Programmer and I noticed that it does not delete everything from the chip. What can be broken its chip is not the good interface? Thank you!
