You may want to get a clean dump, from what I see of it, its not a complete dump

hmm, maybe. dump made with miniprog but the size is ok.

Yes the size does appear to be correct, but I am finding no $SVS entries within the dump,
Are you sure its efi password locked & not just OS User software password lock?

Yes, just a black screen with lock and requires password. Idk, tried to install clean osx but when i try to enter in boot options requires password

Made another dump with ezp2010 and i think its ok. there is $SVS line.

Try this, Be sure to ZAP/Clear NvRam upon first boot, best do it a couple times

i dont think that is good..what you attached is the old one. i reattached a new one and i think that is good.

Thats what happens when I keep dumping roms into the same temp desktop folder and not cleaning them out when done.
Plus you named the file apple which did not match the zip name.
Here is your file & the $SVS shown, for reference & other members what you need to do is FF out everything including the $SVS as shown. I have done this to this zip file for you

How did you read dump on this model? I have disassembled Imac and couldn't find connector or 8pin efi for clip.
