Did you only remove the password? Is the BIOS dump its original? What is written in "About This Mac" where the serial number should be?

I removed the whole nvram section. Silly me... I am reflashing with the serial right now.

Is there any way to flash the firmware using the onboard programmer or do i need to unsolder the chip again?
PS: I have the easy flsh adapter, but it reads the chip differently every time.

if you change serial on this machines... you must fix dump checksum 
if you have original dump i can fix to you
