I think almost the final step 
This is what i have done.
made and extra folder "hack" in de root
with PSCP copy the files ("flashrom.layout" and "lxx33_EMC2469.bin.modified") to that folder.
now this is showing

flashrom v0.9.8-r1896 on Linux 3.18.11+ (armv6l)
flashrom is free software, get the source code at http://www.flashrom.org
Error: Extra parameter found.
Please run "flashrom --help" for usage info.

Paul and Ghost,
tnx for the wonderfull work.
Paul told me to place a "space" between "spidev0.0" and "--layout".
The working code was:
Even I (just a guy that had a raspberry for his movie channels) was able to get it working, with a lot lot lot of help of you and the other people on this forum.
Yesterday i had an exiting feeling that it would work, and today (with lots of extra help by paul) I am installing OSX 10 on the MBA.
Great great great.
I now will look into my test.bin file and compare it with yours so maby i can do the next MB solo hahahha.

After installing, I jumped in the air to quickly.

NVRAM (COMMAND, OPTION, P R) was all to reset, and offcourse the help here
