I think the best way is to connect your raspberry to the internet.

Let say you have installed raspbian on your rpi and you have it up an running.
If you are connected to the internet and open the terminal window (the monitor icon near the top left corner)
type in
ifconfig

Now you can see your ip address.
for example mine show:
wlan0     Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 7c:dd:90:0c:66:93
          inet addr:192.168.1.9  Bcast:192.168.1.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
My ip address is 192.168.1.9

Go to your windows computer and install putty. http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html

Start putty and type in your ip address and connect.
Now you get a black window win login.
Login = pi
Password = raspberry

Now you can follow the tutorial at www.ghostlyhaks.com/blog/blog/hacking/18-apple-efi-bypass and do:

sudo git clone github.com/stefanct/flashrom.git
cd flashrom
sudo make
sudo make install

now you have installed the flashrom.

I did not get a good read (am also newby) but i believe this is the best and easy way to intall it.

instead of using putty you can also open terminal (upper left corner, the monitor icon) and there do:

sudo git clone github.com/stefanct/flashrom.git
cd flashrom
sudo make
sudo make install

Although I could not get a good read. I think the way to is:
Connect the raspberry with the easy flash clip to the computer with the efi lock.

than you can choose between 2 options.
1. You can connect a keyboard and mouse on the raspberry and do run the commands in the terminal window
2. connect the raspberry to internet (wifi or lan) and use putty (on a windows pc). Than with that terminal windows you can also run the commands.

Why didn't you get a good read. Also to zenalli you can decide to either SSH into it from a PC or use it stand-alone. I choose to SSH as for me it is more practical.
