Very hard to read what written... but looks like it locked by iCloud. :)
If you able to connect internal disk to other computer, you can release this blocking. Unfortunately internal flash disk in the newest devices can be accessible with PCI-e card for desktops or with very expansive USB adapter. But I think EFI password installed too...

Oh... nice.
Ok, try turn it off, press and hold Option (Alt) key and press a power button.
It should start up and something should happens OR you'll see the boot choicer OR you'll see the EFI password prompt.

you are a female under the username of DENNIS? hmmm
it for sure has a EFI lock if its coming from a school there is no easy way to remove that if you do happen to remove incorrectly the machine will lock again
why are you trying to remove it anyway?
if it's disabled there should a school appointed tech to help you out with that

Yea, so I do not do well with lying... If this girl Dennis needs help with his/her computer from her/his doctor maybe they should get their story straight even though they are a student.
