I tried downloading the latest version of the software, updated the programmer firmware... tried different usb cables... when connecting the logic board to energy, it works better, but still not properly unfortunately. I' gonna have to buy a rasperry pi i think...

Problem was that this mac mini, I fucked up the efi already, with a non sucessfull re-programming that was interrupted, so now the machine was powering on by itself, just connecting the electricity plug. So I was trying to reprogram with the machine connected and also on!! I turned it off pressing the button a few seconds, led went off finally, connected the clip, erase, program, test the machine, and it worked!!!! I did 2 pram reset in the first test already, just in case.
