wrong dump was created by Seiiiif

i bought a new chip from ebay a bios chip for macbook air a1466 EMC 2632 Core i7 / 8Gb ram Model Mi-2013
but it was empty so i flashed my new chip with a dump "Apple MacBook Air A1466 EMC2632=8=820-3437-B"
from www.dr-bios.com like my modherboard but finaly j found a problem with the trackpad and the keyboard they working in boot menu but not working after system start up

I would take this question back to the guy you bought it from as it is definitely a firmware issue.
