Im in desperate need of and SMC.bin file for my Hp Probook 455 G1

Hiya can anyone help me... i have a HP laptop probook 455 G1 and i cant access its admin bios because it asks for a password... i have bouhght
is an a new laptop and dont know why it asks for one ??and because i cant rach admin side of bios i cant turn off the fingerprint and install a fress win10 to it... sure its mine... and i have the orginal receipt for it.... but i need to reset admin bios pasword and HP wont help anymore with the smc files... they wan me to by new motherboard....
