No you can't
to change S/N. The NAND need to be in Service mode,which the programmer in video does.
you can't read the NAND directly.
Q. why i know that?
A. Because i am doing it from a long time.
All Apple Products including iPhones too.

Then you can change many parameters like S/N, WiFi, BT Mac Address, Color, Region, Model etc..

I've found a couple of these devices for sale on AliExpress for anybody inclined to check it out. Be ready to dish out some serious $$$ if you plan to purchase any of them there though
