Is this a stable read (3x or more identical bin files)? I had the same problem until I hooked it up to a reliable power source - et voila.

yes, if that dump is in fact a locked EFI dump, then i would question the read.
dump it three times, read1.bin read2.bin read3.bin
then run "md5sum read1.bin read2.bin read3.bin" without quotes, and verify the hashes are all the same.
when you boot the MBA, does it ask you to enter an iCloud pin, or does it simply say "this computer is locked, bla bla bla"?
Thank you for help. Read was ok only when I copy from computer where using programmer to other computer. The USB flash was faulty and was giving wrong data on dump.
