hp probook 650 G2 same as everyone else it seems bios PW got set

I took battery out of my probook 650 g2 and after that the post power on password got set I tried the admin password I use and it didn't work, it's the only way I have to talk to my daughter and need it if anyone can help me I'd be greatful and so would she , it's been 3 days since I've talked to her and I'm afraid she thinks I've forgotten her.
